Tim Mervosh is a lifetime member of the PGA of America as well as a resident of Beaufort. He’s been a lifelong industry leader, with the last 20 years has been in the role of COO/ General Manager at some of the finest clubs in the nation. His background also includes the construction of new golf courses in both the Charlotte, NC area and Jacksonville, FL. His experience will lead our team of professionals to build the vision of Cat Island into something truly special for this community.

This coming week (week of May 23rd) prior to the Memorial Day weekend, Tim will be sending the Application to all those that signed the Reservation Agreement with revised dates for Deposits and the due date for the balance of the Initiation Fees, as well as timing and payment of dues.

In addition, for those that have elected not to join the club and have previously paid a fee to the prior ownership, Mr. Mervosh will communicate the offer from Resort Development Partners.
