Now that our sprigs are in place and growing, we’ve shifted our focus to the preparation of the bunkers and areas “through the green” which include the fairways and roughs. We’ve recently applied fertilizer to these areas to strengthen the Bermuda grass and earlier today, we’ve completed our application of herbicides which are designed to control the weeds. The herbicide is safe for people, pets, and wildlife; however, we do ask that you do not walk on the golf course to maximize the performance of these chemicals and minimize the spreading of this application.
