The Rocker Invitational is just one of the events we enjoy hosting during the year. We have a lengthy list of events that are quickly becoming traditions at our club. Speaking of traditions, we’ll be celebrating our one-year anniversary on the Golf Course over Memorial Day weekend this year. More on that as the date gets closer.
This week has been “Open House Week” for Cat Island Club. We’ve opened the doors to our dining room for lunch and dinner to a limited number of guests this week to showcase our amazing culinary team. If you have not had a chance to experience the Cat Island Club’s dining offerings, there is still time. You can make a reservation for lunch or dinner tomorrow and enjoy an incredible Brunch on Sunday from 10:00 until 2:00 PM. If you are interested in dining at Cat Island Club this weekend, please make a reservation at reservations@catislandclub.com. We’re excited to show you the clubhouse and have you experience the food, drinks, and incredible service levels that our team provides.
Members, next week, we are hosting trivia on Tuesday night in the banquet room as the numbers have outgrown the dining room. Then Prime Rib night, which is always a club favorite, is on Thursday the 28th. Easter Brunch is sold out, but we are taking names for the waiting list. Rumor has it that we may have a very special guest for Easter Brunch this year!
It won’t be long before the pool is open for the season. We’re putting on the finishing touches to prepare for the pool opening. Our team is cleaning, painting, landscaping, and inspecting the Cabana and areas all around the pool. Once the weather warms in mid to late April, we’ll have the pool deck open for those members who wish to get a head start on their tan. Then in mid May, we’ll have the Cabana Bar and Grill up and running to produce the member experience that we’ve all come to enjoy. As the season progresses, members will be treated to extraordinary events at the pool like Happy Hours, live music, and plenty of parties!
We look forward to the season upon us where we enjoy member events and gatherings on the golf course, clubhouse, Cabana, tennis/pickleball courts and everywhere in between. For those of you reading this wishing you can join in the fun and excitement of Cat Island Club membership—YOU CAN! You don’t have to be a resident of Cat Island to join the club. Just give me a call or send me an email to set up a time to stop out for a tour of the club’s facilities and allow me to share the vision for the future of the spectacular club. I can’t wait to meet you!
With warmest regards,
Tim Mervosh
